Looking After Your Mental Health During the Pandemic
The aim of this LASER online resource is to provide advice and tips on what you can do to look after your mental health and wellbeing during this ongoing pandemic. It is divided into three parts.
Part one looks at the nature of mental health and current research on the impact of the pandemic on the nation’s mental health.
In part two you will find evidence-based advice and tips on looking after your mental health under five major themes, bearing in mind the restrictions we all currently face.
In part three there is a list of sources of advice and support and their contact details.
Finally, there is a ‘drag and drop’ exercise to test your learning of some of the key concepts covered in the resource. There are some interesting videos to view which further amplify the advice provided along with links to further reading on each of the key themes.
