We are aware of reports of small payments appearing on some people’s bank accounts showing “Laser Connect” or laserconnect.org.uk as the payment descriptor. It appears that these transactions may be linked to a parking organisation misusing our name and website in the payment descriptor they provide to the bank. We have contacted the organisation to ask them to correct the descriptor and remove our details.

These transactions are not being processed by us, and the funds are not being received by LASER. We do not collect any card or payment details on our website, as all Laser Connect courses are provided free of charge.

If you see a payment on your bank account that you do not recognise, please contact your bank or card provider directly.
